"Being persistent is the most important key for doing a PhD."

Why Did You Choose To Pursue Your PhD At NUS?

I love the weather and environment in Singapore. The faculty members in Marketing are doing very interesting and high-quality research.

What do you like most about graduate school?

The faculty members are supportive.

What challenges have you faced during your stint as a PhD student?

I majored in Math before this and transitioned to Marketing to do my PhD. I knew nothing about Marketing at the first beginning. But the coursework, RA experience, the guidance of my advisor, and the weekly seminar quickly helped me understand what the marketing people are doing and the significance of marketing research.

Any other words of wisdom to share?
