Why did you choose to do a PhD?
Definitely. PhD study not only allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of my professional field, but also to think creatively in my daily life.
Why did you choose to do graduate education at NUS? If you received offers from other universities, why did you pick NUS?
Yes. NUS has a collaborative environment that enabled me to interact with people from other disciplines.

On hindsight, would you have chosen the same research supervisor for your graduate programme?
Absolutely. I have learnt a lot from my supervisor – A/Prof. Toh Wei Seong. He guided me not only in my PhD study, but also my future career development.
