A very warm welcome to the NUS School of Design and Environment (SDE) Graduate Education Virtual Open House. Our School provides comprehensive world-class multi-disciplinary graduate level courses and research programmes related to Design and the Built Environment. SDE adopts well and green thinking in our pedagogy and research that emphasises human-centric design within a sustainable natural and built environment. The Department of Architecture offers specialized courses and research programmes related to architecture design, urban planning and design, landscape and ecological studies as well as heritage conservation. The Department of the Built Environment specializes in Project and Facilities Management as well as Green Building Technologies and Indoor Environment Quality. The Division of Industrial Design specializes in industrial and product design, creating viable new products, experiences, interfaces and environments. Currently, SDE offers 9 graduate level courses and 3 research programmes. I hope your virtual visit to SDE will be a very fruitful and enriching experience for you.
