The NUS Real Estate PhD programme trains scholars in broad real estate related fields, including urban and real estate economics, real estate finance and investment, and urban planning and policies. Participants can undertake real estate research that has significant contributions to the advancement and understanding of real estate markets, efficiency and knowledge. Our courses also prepare them for an academic career to teach and research in a leading university or higher institution of learning in the Asia-Pacific.
The Department of Real Estate (DRE) has been involved for more than half a century in educating and developing leaders who are responsible in one way or another for transforming Singapore into one of the most liveable and sustainable cities in the world today.
