What challenges have you faced during your stint as a PhD student?
Many things that make graduate school difficult do not pertain to the intellectual work one does, but to the institutional conditions that make it unfavourable to aspiring scholars and junior academics.
Any advice for someone who's considering a PhD in NUS?
Find ways to engage an audience outside academic circles. The institution is only one of many platforms available to you.
