I am a Cosmopolitan person who values cultural hybridity, peaceful coexistence, and cultural wisdom. Beyond teaching, I actively build academic and professional discourses, expand networks, and forge research initiatives in architecture, cultural heritage management, conservation, and sustainability, both in Asia and globally. I am dedicated to strengthening education in these fields and preparing students to address contemporary challenges. By integrating sustainability and conservation principles into their research and professional development, I aim to help the new generation lead in this ever-changing world. I will retire from a full-time academic position in 2025. Still, I will continue to assist and nurture young researchers in various capacities as co-supervisor, thesis committee member, domain expert, examiner, or just an informal critical conversation friend.
