Through the NUSGS intranet — published changes appear on this list automatically.

Sign in to the NUSGS intranet portal with your NUS account. If off campus, connect to the NUS Cisco VPN first.

In the sidebar, under My Workspace, open Thesis Advisor Profile. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll be taken to create it.

Update your details, then click Publish. Save changes only stores your edits on the intranet — Publish is what sends them to this site.

If Thesis Advisor Profile isn’t in the menu, raise it through Feedback & Enquiries in the Dashboard tab — NUS Graduate School will set up your advisor access.
Profile missing from this list, or showing old details? Publish it again on the intranet.
