The Master of Science in Medical Pharmacology (MSc PHC) at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine is a postgraduate program designed with input from industry experts and offered full-time (1 year) or part-time (2 years). This MSc is developed for graduates with a medical degree such as M.B.B.S., or a relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferably with Honours) in Life Sciences (e.g. Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacology), Nursing, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Health Sciences or related disciplines.
This programme has also been designed for professionals from the Healthcare, Academic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors aiming to deepen their subject matter expertise, enhance job-readiness or to up skill for career progression.

Either TOEFL or IELTS is required for students whose main language of undergraduate university instruction is not English. Waivers may be granted to students who are native English speakers or proficient in English but are currently enrolled in a non-English medium university. Contact programme administrator to inquire.
Test scores for the TOEFL and IELTS are valid for 2 years from the test dates. TOEFL and IELTS Academic scores that have expired by the time the application period closes will not be accepted.
