Biomedical Engineering
- The program provides an integrated education where we equip students with the ability to analyse and address challenges in healthcare with both engineering and biomedical perspectives. The program prepares the students for a wide range of exciting career options at the forefront of the industry, enabling students to contribute to the growing demand for healthcare innovation as well as the projected long-term prominence of healthcare issues in our aging society.
- The program accepts both full-time and part-time students to provide flexibility for students in the choice of courses to suit their ability, interests, and career advancement.

Our talented academic staff has varied background in engineering, life sciences and medicine.
- Many of said staff has joint appointments with either the YLL School of Medicine, Faculty of Science, Mechanobiology Institute or A*STAR Research Institutes. This is a reflection of the multidisciplinary and integrative approach we take in biomedical.

- A good TOEFL score or equivalent if the medium of instruction is not in English. For further information on the English Language requirement: please click here.
- The TOEFL score or IELTS result is only valid for 2 years after the test and should be valid at the beginning of the application period for the designated MSc degree.
- Good first degrees of relevance and those with practical work experience are more likely to be admitted.
