Wei Jee Ong

Wei Jee Ong is an Assistant Professor of management and organisation (MNO) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He received his PhD from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. His research examines how individuals achieve and exercise autonomy when faced with constraints, with a focus on leadership, job design, and ethics.
