Dr Mark Chan, MBBS, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Medicine, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) and Senior Consultant at the Department of Cardiology, National University Heart Centre, Singapore. He is deputy director of the Cardiovascular Disease Translational Research Program, NUS, and supervises translational research and clinical trials of acute myocardial infarction at the Cardiovascular Research Institute, NUS. He co-leads the post-myocardial infarction clinic at the National University Heart Centre, Singapore and co-leads the national Acute Myocardial Infarction: allied Health-Oriented, Patient-centred and technology-Enabled (AMI-HOPE) program with Singhealth and NHG colleagues. In 2019, he received the National Medical Research Council Clinician Scientist Senior Investigator Award
