Dr. Sandy Lim is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization in the NUS Business School and Associate Professor of Psychology (by courtesy). She is also Associate Provost (Special Projects) and Founding Director of NUS Care Unit in the Office of the Deputy President and Provost in NUS. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and specializes in research that examines interpersonal mistreatment at work (such as incivility, harassment, disruptive work behaviors), as well as management of medical crises teams, occupational health, gender and work-family issues.
