I have successfully published 6 textbook titles for use by university professors and tertiary students and will revise each of them about once every 5 years. These 5 textbooks are in different specialised fields within the Management and Organisation domain, including labor relations, human resource management, training and development, general management (management and organisation), and leadership. Through these 5 textbooks, I share my views about the latest trends in the various management fields with students and help to enhance the standing of the NUS and NUS Business School as a premier educational institution in Asia.
