Beyond celebrating, you will need to evaluate the offer, understand the contract terms, assess your motivators, and decide how to accept or decline professionally. This workshop helps you navigate these decisions with confidence and integrity. Expert trainer Clement Ong will guide you through case studies, breakout discussions, and live feedback sessions to help you handle job offers and salary negotiations effectively. Participants Will Learn: Identify your motivators and evaluate employment contracts and remuneration packages. Professionally and ethically manage multiple job offers (Dos and Don’ts). Apply negotiation strategies and respond confidently to salary-related questions. Understand key negotiation techniques used in the workplace. Accept or decline offers gracefully and professionally. Handle rejections with composure and confidence. Who Should Attend: Students applying for or currently receiving internship or full-time job offers.
