In this session, Adecco will break down the essentials of employment contracts to help undergraduates, postgraduates, and emerging foreign talent understand their rights and responsibilities as new professionals. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, students will gain the confidence to evaluate job offers, spot red flags, and make informed decisions as you begin your career. Participants will learn: When a job offer becomes legally binding. Key differences between employment contracts and internship agreements. How to interpret common clauses (e.g., probation, salary/stipend, working hours, annual leave). How to identify and respond to potential contract breaches. Real-life scenarios to apply your learning.
